PLOUFFE, 31, of Petersburgh, NY, was arraigned on (1) count of  Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, a Class “ B” Felony , (1) count of  Assault in the Second Degree, a Class “ D” Felony and (1) count of  Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, a Class “A” Misdemeanor in front of the Honorable Thomas A. Breslin. PLOUFFE pleaded not guilty and was released on $30,000 bail. PLOUFFE faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of the charges.

16 Year Old Pleads Guilty to Gun Possession – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that TASHAWN TARVER, 16, of Albany, NY, pled guilty to (1) count of Attempted Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class “D” Felony in front of the Honorable Thomas A. Breslin. Under the terms of the plea bargain, TARVER faces a maximum of 3 years in prison and 2 years post release supervision when sentenced on October 31, 2008.
