Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares ‘Operation Which Doctor’ Defendant Sentence Nets Albany County $350,000 ALBANY, NY – Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that GLEN STEPHANOS was sentenced to five years probation and must forfeit $350,000 by the Honorable Dan Lamont. In March, Stephanos pled guilty to (1) count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, a Class “D” Felony. As part of the plea bargain, STEPHANOS must testify truthfully about his participation in the illegal distribution ring of controlled substances at any future court proceedings. On or about December 15, 2006, at FedEx in the Village of Menands, County of Albany, State of New York, GLEN STEPHANOS did knowingly and unlawfully sell the controlled substance Nandralone to another person through their criminal associate Palm Beach Rejuvenation.
