9/13/06 Arraignment for Albany Couple - Richard Pannitti, 51 of Watervliet, NY plead to (4) counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a class ³D² felony in front of Judge Stephen Herrick. View
9/26/06 Watervliet Couple Plea In Sex Abuse Case - Under a sealed indictment, Debra Berger was charged with Grand Larceny in the 2nd Degree for embezzling $128,550 and stealing property in excess of $50,000 from the Estate of Irving Berger.  It is alleged that Mrs. Berger, wrote checks by means of acting as power of Attorney following the death of Irving Berger. 9/29/06 Arraignment of Peter Spinelli - Spinelli was arraigned this morning before the Honorable Thomas Breslin on a 20 Count Indictment. The counts range from Grand Larceny (9) in the Third and Fourth Degrees, Class E Felonies, (1) count of Repeated Failure to File Personal Income Tax and Earnings Filings, a Class E Felony and (10) Counts of Petit Larceny, Class A Misdemeanors. 9/29/06 Guilty Plea of Colonie Jeweler- Peter Spinelli, 50, of Krumkill Road, Guilderland, NY, plead guilty to (2) counts of Grand Larceny, a Class "E" Felony. In the plea, PETER SPINELLI admits to stealing property from Spinelli Jewelers located at 1315 Central Avenue in the Town of Colonie. On several different occasions SPINELLI is alleged to have sold jewelry to customers that was purported to contain real diamonds when in fact they contained fake stones. View
