BOND was arrested at 526 Clinton Avenue in Albany , NY shortly after midnight on February 19, 2005 after Officers of the Albany Police Department observed him failing to keep right while traveling westbound on Central Avenue . After BOND failed to signal while making a right turn onto Quail Street , Officers pulled him over. BOND exhibited glassy eyes and slurred speech. Since this was BOND’s 4 th DWI conviction, he was sentenced to incarceration in State Prison.
