Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares ALBANY, NY –The Trial of People v. KEVIN MURPHY continues today at the Albany County Judicial Center, 6 Lodge Street, Albany, NY. Judge Thomas Breslin is presiding. KEVIN MURPHY, 25, of Albany, NY had been charged with (4) "A" Felony counts including Murder in the Second Degree, a Class B Felony. He faces a term of 25 years to life in prison. In compliance with Disciplinary Rule 7-107A of the Code of Professional Responsibility, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
