ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced the arraignment of CANDICE LAMBERT a/k/a CANDICE BIRCH, 41 of Hollis, NH, who was indicted last week on one (1) count of Grand Larceny the Third Degree, a class "D" felony, (1) count of Scheme to Defraud in the First Degree, a Class "E" Felony and (1) Count of Attempting Grand Larceny in the Second Degree, a Class "D" Felony.

This morning, LAMBERT posted $10,000 bail in Cohoes City Court. Conference will be held on November 2, 2006. If convicted on all counts, the defendant will face a sentence ranging from 7 to 20 years.
