ALBANY , NY –  District Attorney P. David Soares announced that RAHIEM H. JONES, 23, of 247 Livingston Avenue, Albany, NY pled guilty today before the Honorable Dan Lamont to one count of Attempted Robbery in the 2 nd Degree. He faces 7 years in state prison with 1 ½ years of Post Release Supervision.
