MCGORMAN, 22, of Brooklyn, NY, was arraigned on (2) counts of  Burglary in the Second Degree, a Class “ B” Felony , (1) count of  Attempted Robbery in the First Degree, a Class “C” Felony, (1) count of  Attempted Robbery in the Second Degree, a Class “D” Felony, (1) count of  Assault in the Second Degree, a Class “D” Felony, (1) count of  Unlawful Imprisonment in the First Degree, a Class “E” Felony and (1) count of  Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, a Class “A” Misdemeanor in front of the Honorable Thomas A. Breslin.
