Satterday Arraigned on 4 Counts of Sexual Abuse

ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that GORDONG SATTERDAY, 34, of 1638 Helderbergh, Berne, NY was arraigned on four counts including Aggravated Sexual Abuse in the 2 nd Degree, two counts of Sexual Abuse in the 1 st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child before the Honorable Stephen W. Herrick. .

The indictment alleges that on the 23 rd day of September, 2005, SATTERDAY had illegal sexual contact with a child of less than 11 years causing substantial physical pain to said child.

If convicted on all counts, SATTERDAY faces up to 7 years in state prison.
