ALBANY , NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that ANTONIA NOVELLO, 64, of FL, was arraigned this morning before the Honorable Stephen Herrick on a sealed indictment consisting of: (1) count of Defrauding the Government, a Class “E” Felony; (3) counts of Offering a False Instrument For Filing in the First Degree, a Class “E” Felony; and (16) counts of Theft of Services, a Class “A” Misdemeanor. NOVELLO pled not guilty and was released on her own recognizance. |

Facing 1 2/3 to 5 Years in Prison, Diane Gamble is Allowed 1 Year to Repay Stolen Insurance Benefits – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that DIANE GAMBLE, 61, of Watervliet, NY, was given a 1-year adjournment to repay the stolen funds by the Honorable Thomas Breslin. In March, GAMBLE pled guilty to (1) count of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a Class “D” Felony.

Albany Man Indicted for Murder after May 6th Stabbing – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that CARL TAYLOR, 44, of Albany, NY, was indicted by the Grand Jury on (1) count of Murder in the Second Degree, a Class “A-1” Felony and (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a Class “D” Felony. |
