Mother Arraigned on Charges Stemming from Death of Infant Son ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that SASHA POOLE, 21, of Albany, NY, was arraigned on a sealed indictment consisting of; (1) count of Criminally Negligent Homicide, a Class “E” Felony, (1) count of Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, a Class “D” Felony, and (1) count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class “A” Misdemeanor, in front of the Honorable Dan Lamont. POOLE faces a maximum of 7 years in prison. The indictment alleges that between approximately May 1, 2008 and May 13, 2008, SASHA POOLE contributed to the death of her infant son, born approximately three months prematurely, by failing to seek prompt and adequate medical assistance for the infant after the child was severely injured by his father, GREGORY MILGO. POOLE was remanded to Albany County Jail. MILGO is scheduled for arraignment on Friday, May 28, 2008.
