Two Teens Plead Guilty to Robbery of Elderly Albany Couple ALBANY , NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that STANLEY FELICIANO, 14, of Albany, NY, and RACHELLE LIPSCOMB, 14, of Albany, NY, pled guilty to (1) count of Robbery in the Second Degree, a Class “C” Violent Felony, in front of the Honorable Thomas Breslin. Under the terms of the plea bargain, LIPSCOMB and FELICIANO will receive 1 to 3 years incarceration when sentenced on May 14, 2008. “Senseless crimes against residents of Albany County will not be tolerated and crimes against our senior citizens are especially egregious. I am pleased that these two defendants took responsibility for their actions and hope that their incarceration will deter others from similar behavior in the future,” commented DA Soares. On February 24, 2008 at approximately 9:41 P.M. on McKinley Street in the City of Albany, RACHELLE LIPSCOMB and STANLEY FELICIANO knowingly and unlawfully stole a purse belonging to an elderly victim by punching the victim and the victim’s elderly husband about the head and face causing the victims substantial pain and bruising.
