Graham Pleads Guilty, Faces 20 Years in Prison ALBANY , NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that JOSEPH GRAHAM, 40, of Albany, NY, pleaded guilty to Burglary in the 1st Degree and Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree in front of the Honorable Thomas Breslin. GRAHAM now faces up to 20 years in prison. On February 19, 2007, GRAHAM pushed his way into the apartment of an Albany woman and sexually abused the woman at gunpoint before stealing items from her apartment. GRAHAM was later apprehended after an investigation by the Albany Police Department. “The resolution of this case by a plea takes a dangerous individual off the streets and assures that he will not have any opportunity for victimizing Albany residents for many years to come,” commented DA Soares.
