David Soares Upon hearing the ruling in the Houghtaling case dismissing the charges against Rhonda Houghtaling, DA Soares noted that, “It is our belief that the evidence precluded from the jury yesterday, which includes records showing transfers of money from other defendants to Rhonda Houghtaling along with other proof illustrating her knowledge of the operation of the criminal enterprise, supported the charges that were brought against her.
