Teens Indicted for Robbery of Elderly Albany Couple – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that LEESA WALKER, 16, of Albany, NY, was arraigned on (3) counts of Robbery in the Second Degree, a Class “C” Violent Felony, and STANLEY FELICIANO, 14, of Albany, NY and RACHELLE LIPSCOMB, 14, of Albany, NY, were arraigned on (2) counts of Robbery in the Second Degree, a Class “C” Violent Felony, by the Honorable Stephen W.
