Three ‘Operation Which Doctor’ Defendants Plead Guilty ALBANY , NY – Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that GLEN STEPHANOS, pled guilty to (1) count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, a Class “D” Felony before the Honorable Dan Lamont. Under the terms of the plea bargain, GLEN SREPHANOS faces five years probation, must forfeit $350,000, and will testify against remaining defendants. GEORGE STEPHANOS and RYAN DUMAS pled guilty to (1) count of Conspiracy in the Fifth Degree,a class “A” misdemeanor in exchange for a $1,000 fine and truthful testify against the remaining defendants. On or about December 15, 2006, at FedEx in the Village of Menands, County of Albany, State of New York, GLEN STEPHANOS did knowingly and unlawfully sell the controlled substance Nandralone to another person through their criminal associate Palm Beach Rejuvenation. During the month of December 2006,at 112 State Street, Albany, New York, GEORGE STEPHANOS and RYAN DUMAS did with intent sell a controlled substance to an undercover investigator and performed the overt act of delivering such substances to Albany County by means of FedEx. “With these three guilty pleas, fourteen people have taken responsibility for breaking the law, and we will continue to focus our efforts on prosecuting the remaining defendants,” commented DA Soares.
