Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares Ravena Man Sentenced to 7 Years for Raping Teen he Met on MySpace ALBANY , NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that SEAN LENNON, 21 of 119 Main Street, Ravena, NY was sentenced to 7 years in prison and 10 years post release supervision by the Honorable Thomas A. Breslin. LENNON must also must to register as a sex offender and have no contact with the victim. On January 9, 2008, LENNON pled guilty to (1) count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, a Class “C” Felony and (1) count of Rape in the Third Degree, a Class “E” Felony. During the month of July 2007 in the Village of Ravena, LENNON induced a female less than 16 years old to engage in sexual performance by means of photographing the female while engaging in sexual conduct.
