Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares Guilty Verdict for Nina Sanders ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that Nina Sanders, 32, of 260 N. Pearl Street, Apt. #7P, Albany, NY was judged guilty after a trial before the Honorable Thomas A. Breslin on one count of Murder in the Second Degree a Class A-1 Felony. The Jury found that between the evening of December 19, 2004 and the early morning hours of December 20 th, the defendant murdered Charles McFadden by stabbing him in the chest and back a total of 26 times. Assistant District Attorney Christopher Baynes represented the people. SANDERS faces 25 years to life. Sentencing is scheduled for August 18, 2005.
