Earl Pittman Pleas to Two Crimes – Earl Pittman, 24, of Albany, plead guilty to one count of the Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He also entered into a Superior Court Information (SCI) plea for one count of Robbery in the 2nd Degree. He faces eight years for the robbery and four to eight years on the Possession charge. The two terms will be served concurrently. |

Dominique Devan Fields Indicted for Attempted Murder - Dominique Devan Fields, 19, of Albany, was indicted on ten counts including Attempted Murder in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second and Third Degrees, four counts of Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. If convicted on all counts, Fields faces a term of 25 years to life in prison. |
