Loudonville Man Pleads Guilty to Aggravated Vehicular Assault and DWI after Fleeing to Florida
Brodeur is the First to be Convicted of New Law in Albany County
–  District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that DENNIS BRODEUR, 47, of Loudonville, NY, pled guilty to (1) count of Aggravated Vehicular Assault, a Class “C” Felony and (1) count of misdemeanor DWI in front of the Honorable Dan Lamont.

Green Island Man Pleads Guilty to Albany Arsonist – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that JOHN POSITANO, 32 of Green Island, NY pled guilty to Arson in the Third Degree, a Class “C” Felony in front of the Honorable Thomas Breslin. POSITANO faces 5 to 12 years in prison when sentenced on September 22, 2008.
