David Soares announced today that JOE RAICH, 44, of Jupiter, FL, pled guilty to (1) count of Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree, a Class “E” Felony, in front of the Honorable Dan Lamont. According to the plea agreement, RAICH agreed to $200,000 in restitution and full cooperation against the remaining defendants in exchange for 5 years probations.

He was remanded by the Albany County Sheriff’s Office pending a written bail application.

Nadeem Mall Pleads Guilty to Criminally Negligent Homicide – Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that NADEEM MALL, 32, of Schenectady, NY, pled guilty to (1) count of Criminally Negligent Homicide, a Class “E” Felony, in front of the Honorable Dan Lamont. According to the plea agreement, MALL will cooperate fully in the case against Edwin Tirado. Any violation of the plea agreement can result in a sentence of up to 4 years in prison.
