Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares John Miller Arraigned for Failing to Register ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that JOHN MILLER, 32, of 259 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY was arraigned today on 7 counts of failing to register as required for a Level One Sex Offender before the Honorable Stephen W. Herrick. DA Soares noted that monitoring the location of sex offenders is critical to the mission of defending the public against possible repeat offenders. “If you are a registered sex offender in Albany County, and you fail to comply with your legal obligations to notify the public of your whereabouts, we will prosecute you and you will be returned to jail,” he said.
