David Soares today announced that SEAN LENNON, 21 of 119 main Street, Ravena, NY pled guilty to (1) count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, a Class “C” Felony and (1) count of Rape in the Third Degree, a Class “E” Felony, in front of the Honorable Thomas A Breslin.

79 Year Old man Pleads Guilty to Selling Drugs – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that CHARLES F. RITCHIE, 79 of Selkirk, NY, pled guilty to (1) count of Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. Under the terms of the plea bargain, RITCHIE faces one and a half years in prison and one year post release supervision.

Antoni Williams Indicted for Weekend Murder,
Faces 25 Years to Life in Prison – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that ANTONI WILLIAMS, 25, of Albany, NY, was indicted by the Grand Jury on two counts including: (1) count of Murder in the 1st Degree, a Class “A-1” Felony and (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a Class “D” Felony. WILLIAMS faces 25 years to life in prison.

TILLERY faces 15 years in prison when sentenced on March 20, 2008.
