Antoni Williams Indicted for Weekend Murder, ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that ANTONI WILLIAMS, 25, of Albany, NY, was indicted by the Grand Jury on two counts including: (1) count of Murder in the 1st Degree, a Class “A-1” Felony and (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a Class “D” Felony. WILLIAMS faces 25 years to life in prison. The indictment alleges that on January 12, 2008 at approximately 6:55 P.M. in the area of 354 Elk Street in the City of Albany, WILLIAMS did cause the death of Alfred Tirado by means of stabbing him several times.
