1/20/06 Raymon McGill Sentencing– Raymon McGill, 23, a resident of the Altoona Correctional Facility will be sentenced twice on January 23, 2006. He is facing a sentence of 40 years to life for the murders of Martha Montalvo and George Young. View
1/26/06 Home Invasion and Cell Phone Theft Result in Sentences adding up to 53 Years – Omar R. Perkins, 26, of Albany, NY, was sentenced today for 28 years on a home invasion and burglary. Perkins’ partner, Rory Pinto, 19, of Albany, NY, was sentenced on January 11, 2006 to 25 years. View
1/30/06 Major Auto Theft Ring Busted– James Thomas Watkins, 24, of Albany, NY, and Ariel Camacho, 19 of Albany, NY, have been indicted on 5 counts including Burglary in the 3rd Degree, 2 counts of Grand Larceny in the 2nd Degree, 2 counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and Conspiracy in the 4th Degree. Camacho was also indicted on a 3rd count of Grand Larceny. View
