2/8/06 DWI Case Faces 1-3 for Violating Probation on top of 2-6 for New Charge – Bruce Ferm, 59, of Albany, NY, pled guilty today to one count of Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol as a Felony. He faces 2-6 years in state prison for the charge. He will also face an additional 1-3 years for violating the terms of a sentenced handed down on January 27, of this year. View
