Arraignment of James Bradley

ALBANY, NY –  Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that the arraignment of JAMES BRADLEY would take place Friday 3//05 before the Honorable Stephen W. Herrick.

The indictment alleges that on New Year’s Eve, the Albany Police, responding to a citizen complaint, searched the defendants’ home and found a revolver and a Tech 9 semiautomatic handgun.

DOMINGUEZ faces seven years and SAMUELS faces 15 years.
