Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares Arraignment of Andre Collier ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced the indictment of ANDRE COLLIER, 37, of 869 Albany Shaker Road, Albany, NY on five counts or robbery. The Indictment charges COLLIER with five separate robberies in which the defendant would enter a store, display a knife, and threaten to use it. In addition to the indicted counts, there were eleven additional similar incidents in which the same methods were used. According to Soares, “This kind of street crime will not be tolerated.” If convicted on all counts, COLLIER faces up to 40 years in prison.
