Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares Arraignment of Harold Johnson
ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that the arraignment of HAROLD JOHNSON, 44, of 2 nd Street, Albany, NY on five counts including burglary, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child would take place on Tuesday February 15, 2004 before the Honorable Stephen W. Herrick. The Indictment alleges that at about 5:20 A. M., January 2 nd, 2005, JOHNSON entered the victim’s apartment and struck her repeatedly in the face, head, and/or body with a hammer causing multiple contusions and lacerations along with substantial pain and swelling.
