Arraignment of Erick Westervelt

ALBANY, NY –  District Attorney P. David Soares today announced the arraignment of ERICK WESTERVELT, 23, of 659 Salvia Lane, Schenectady, NY on two counts of murder in the second Degree.

The Indictment alleges that between the evening hours of the 5 th and the early morning hours of the 6 th of October, 2004, WESTERVELT caused the death of Timothy Gray by striking him repeatedly about the head causing multiple skull fractures.

According to Soares

WESTERVELT faces up to 40 years in prison.
