Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares Indictment of James King ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced the indictment of JAMES KING, 21, of 3 Sandalwood Drive, Clifton Park, NY on Assault in the Second Degree, a Class D Violent Felony. The Indictment alleges that between 2:00 A.M. and 3:00 A.M. of December 30th, 2004, in the vicinity of 250 Western Avenue, KING beat and kicked the victim while wearing steel toed boots. The beating left the victim with a blowout fracture of his left orbital bone, a laceration above his right eye, swelling and bruising together with substantial pain and other injuries.
