David Soares today announced that ANTONIA NOVELLO, 64, of FL, was sentenced to 250 hours of community service at Koinonia Primary Care, a healthcare clinic in Albany, N.Y., by the Honorable Stephen Herrick. She must also pay $22,500 in restitution and $5,000 in fines. In court this morning, the attorney for Ms. Novello said that she has experienced redemption as a result of her time spent at the Koinonia Clinic. “We only hope that her redemption is genuine and long lasting,” commented Albany County District Attorney P.
