8/2/06 Curtis Williams Pleads Guilty to Weapons Charge, Faces 4 1/2 years - Curtis Williams, 43, of 14 Ida Yarbrough Street, Albany, pled guilty to the top count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree before the Honorable Thomas Breslin. He faces a sentence of 4 ½ years in state prison with 5 years of Post Release Supervision.   View

8/3/06 David Nelson, Colonie Burglar Sentenced to 18 1/2  years - David Nelson, 37, of 471 Second Street, Albany, NY was sentenced to 18 years for Burglary in the 1st Degree, a class “C” Felony and Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a class “C” Felony, before the Honorable Thomas Breslin. View
