4/28/05 Arthur Jackson Gets 6 Years for Firearms Violations – Arthur Jackson was sentenced to up to six years in prison for three counts. Counts include: criminal possession of a firearm in the 4th degree, criminal possession of a loaded firearm in the 3rd degree, and criminal possession of a defaced weapon in the 3rd degree. View
4/28/05 Jason Ford Gets 11 - 13 Years – Jason Ford, 24, of Albany, was sentenced to 11 to 13 years in State Prison for two counts, including rape and a drug charge. View
4/15/05 Dashawn Carter Gets 25 to Life – Dashawn Carter, 27, of Brooklyn, was sentenced to 25 years to life for Murder in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree. View
4/14/05 Alfred Hill Gets 14 Years for Sexual Abuse – Alfred Hill, 63, of Albany, was convicted on two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree. He was sentenced to two consecutive terms of seven years, which is the maximum allowed under statute, plus three years post-release supervision. View
4/7/05 Arraignment of Keisha Jones – Keisha Jones, 30, of Albany, was arraigned on one count of Grand Larceny and one count of Insurance Fraud in the 3rd degree. View
4/3/05 Sex Offender Hearing for Oscar Turpin – Oscar Turpin, 39, of Ravena, will have a hearing on his sex offender status. He will complete his one year jail term at the end of May, 2005. View
