Operation “Which Doctor” Defendants Arraigned –  Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that CLAIRE GODFREY, of Seminole County Florida was arraigned today on a (10) count indictment and NAOMI LOOMIS, ROBERT “STAN” LOOMIS, KENNETH MICHAEL LOOMIS, and KIRK CALVERT, all of Orlando Florida, were arraigned on a (20) count indictment.

Guilty Pleas in ‘Which Doctor’ Case Net $20,000 for Albany County – Greg Trotta and Brian Schafler Plead Guilty, Agree to $20,000 in Restitution and Full Cooperation in Case Against Signature Pharmacy. District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that GREG TROTTA, 38, of Delray Beach, FL and BRIAN SCHAFLER, 34, of Delray Beach, FL plead guilty to (1) count of Criminal Diversion of a Prescription and Prescription Medications in the 3rd Degree.

New Defendant Named in ‘Operation Which Doctor’ – District Attorney P. David Soares announced today the arraignments of GLEN STEPHANOS, 51, of Tequesta, FL, JOSEPH RAICH, 44 of Jupiter, FL, and GEORGE STEPHANOS, 59, of North Jupiter, FL, on multiple counts in connection with Signature Pharmacy and the illegal distribution of controlled substances. They were each release on $10,000 bail.

Second Doctor in ‘Operation Which Doctor’ Case Pleads Guilty –  Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that CLAIRE GODFREY, 36, of Seminole County, FL, pled guilty to Criminal Diversion of a Prescription Medication in the Second Degree, a Class D Felony, in front of the Honorable Stephen Herrick. GODFREY faces a maximum of 2 to 6 years in prison.

New Charges for Doctor Connected to Palm Beach Rejuvenation – District Attorney P. David Soares announced today the arraignments of DR. ROBERT CARLSON, 50, of Sarasota, FL on multiple counts in connection with Signature Pharmacy and the illegal distribution of controlled substances. He pled not guilty and was released on $10,000 bail.

Eighth Defendant in ‘Operation Which Doctor’ Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy –  Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that JOE RAICH, 44, of Jupiter, FL, pled guilty to (1) count of Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree, a Class “E” Felony, in front of the Honorable Dan Lamont. According to the plea agreement, RAICH agreed to $200,000 in restitution and full cooperation against the remaining defendants in exchange for 5 years probations.

Palm Beach ‘Medical Director’ Arraigned in ‘Operation Which Doctor’ – District Attorney P. David Soares announced today the arraignment of RYAN DUMAS, 31, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, on multiple counts in connection with Signature Pharmacy and the illegal distribution of controlled substances. He was remanded by the Albany County Sheriff’s Office pending a written bail application.

Third M.D. in 'Operation Which Doctor' Pleads Guilty – Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that ROBERT CARLSON, 50, of Sarasota, FL, pled guilty to (1) Count of Insurance Fraud in the 4th Degree, a Class “E” Felony, before the Honorable Daniel Lamont. CARLSON faces 5 years of probation and will forfeit $300,000.
