One Standard of Justice

Justice requires that all citizens receive equal treatment under the law. We prosecute cases with only two considerations in mind: the evidence and the law. In this Administration we evaluate cases based on the evidence. We indict on the evidence. And we prosecute on the evidence. Who you are or who you know never influences the way we handle cases. In this office there is always one standard of justice.

The Public Integrity Unit ensures that public officials, law enforcement, cyber criminals, white collar criminals, and those who prey upon the elderly are held to the same standard of justice as any other criminal.
