Over 30 Assistant District Attorney's and the many members of support staff are dedicated to fulfilling the mission of the Albany County District Attorney's Office every day. Misdemeanor and violation level crimes are handled at our Local Courts while Felony level cases are handled in the Bureaus at County Court. These Bureaus are made up of attorney's and support staff who specialize in concentrated areas of law.
