Breslin. By entering the plea, Cooks will be sentenced to 17 years in state prison. View

Judge Thomas Breslin is presiding. Murphy, 25, of Albany, NY had been charged with (4) "A" Felony counts including Murder in the Second Degree, a Class B Felony. He faces a term of 25 years to life in prison. View
