Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares Glen Vosburgh Arraigned for Murder of Son ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that GLEN VOSBURGH, 45, of Coeymans, NY, was arraigned on four counts including; (2) counts of Murder in the Second Degree, a Class “A-1” Felony, (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class “C” Armed Felony, and (1) count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in front of the Honorable Stephen W. Herrick. VOSBURGH faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted of the charges. The indictment alleges that on March 16, 2009, at 1934 Route 9W in the Town of Coeymans, GLEN VOSBURGH caused the death of his son, Craig Vosburgh, by shooting him in the back with a loaded Luger, 9mm semi-automatic pistol. Additionally, GLEN VOSBURGH was illegally in possession of a quantity of marijuana inside his home. VOSBURGH is scheduled for a conference on Tuesday, April 14, 2009.
