OF AHMEEK DAVIS Albany Man Gets 9 ½ Years for Gun Possession ALBANY , NY - District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that AHMEEK DAVIS, 24, of Albany, NY, was sentenced as a Second Felony Offender to 9 ½ years in prison and 5 years post release supervision by the Honorable Thomas Breslin. On June 21, 2008 at 1:04 A.M., Albany Police responded to a call for a male fleeing in a white Mustang after pointing a gun at a group of people at 91 Dana Ave in the City of Albany. Officers spotted a man matching the description given by witnesses in a white Mustang in the area of Henry Johnson Boulevard. AHMEEK DAVIS jumped out of the vehicle at Sheridan Avenue and Henry Johnson Boulevard and was apprehended with a loaded .22 caliber revolver, bullets and cocaine. Street Crimes Bureau Chief Francisco Calderon handled the prosecution of the case.
