Office of the District Attorney P. David Soares Dare Arraigned for Suspicious Activity ALBANY, NY – Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced today the arraignment of AARON DARE of Albany, NY, on (1) count of Forgery in the Second Degree, a Class “D” Felony and (1) count of Offering a False Instrument for Filing, a Class “E” Felony in front of Judge William A. Carter. DARE is being held without bail in Albany County Jail. These charges come as a result of crimes that were allegedly committed in January 2007. The investigation continues and more charges may be forthcoming. The arrest comes after a joint investigation by the New York State Police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Attorney for the Northern District and the Office of the Albany County District Attorney. ### For further information contact: Heather Streeter Orth
