Office of the District Attorney Jovan Underdue Found Guilty of Murder ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares today announced that JOVAN UNDERDUE, 32, of Albany, NY, was found guilty after jury trial of (3) counts of Murder in the 1st Degree, a Class “A-1” Felony and (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class “C” Armed, Violent Felony. UNDERDUE faces life in prison without the possibility of parole. In the early morning hours of January 30, 2008, at 190 Delaware Avenue in the City of Albany, JOVAN UNDERDUE, possessing a loaded firearm, caused the death of Victor Anderson, Keynon Hankins and Bobby Jones by shooting the victims in the head.
